Meet the Staff

At Realhab, Inc., we make every effort to get you back to your life every time you walk into our Parrish, Florida physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic. Our philosophy is to deliver advanced physical therapy in a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment.

Our concern is reflected throughout the office from warm, soft colors to a comfortable, ‘like-home’ center. The reception room has relaxing chairs and current magazines. The treatment area is spacious with state-of-the-art advanced exercise equipment.

Gayle Reed, PT/Owner   

Gayle has been practicing in the Ellenton/Parrish, Florida area since 1995. Prior to opening Realhab, Inc., Gayle practiced in New York City. She completed her bachelor of science in physical therapy at Daemen College in Amherst, New York and a master of arts in pathokinesiology from NYU. 

While teaching physical therapy students and performing the ACCE position at NYU, Gayle was also practicing physical therapy at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, Occupational & Industrial Orthopedic Center in Tribeca, and at PRO Physical Therapy on Park Avenue. 

Gayle was a full scholarship swimmer for the University of Pittsburgh for her pre-med core. She competed and won awards in the 200/400 IM and backstroke races. She was raised in Rochester, New York, and enjoys physical therapy, boating, fishing, swimming, and tennis.   

Jeff Dean, P.T.A 

Graduated in 2012 from South University in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. I worked in South Florida at a skilled nursing facility, neuro-rehab, and home health. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, golfing and spending quality time with my son. 

Matthew Kersey, P.T.A   

I'm 31 and from Tampa, FL. I served 6 1/2 years on active duty in the US Army as a medic. I graduated from South University of Tampa with my P.T.A., I enjoy fishing, watching the Seminoles lose, and anything deep fried.

Frank Fredorczyk, PT, DPT

Frank has been in practice for over 30 years, specializing in orthopedic/musculoskeletal physical therapy. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Delaware, earning a B.S in Physical Therapy. Early in his career,  he successfully completed the full time, year long residency program in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Hayward, CA. He was board certified as a specialist in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 1994 and re certified in 2004. He is scheduled for re certification in 2020. He has also been certified by the American Physical Therapy Association Board of Clinical Education as an Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Frank Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Arcadia University in 2010. He has been an invited speaker at national conferences and a guest lecturer at Drexel and Arcadia Universities, presenting on the topics of manual therapy in the management of spinal, upper extremity and shoulder disorders. 

Frank grew up in Toms River, NJ and lived in Yardley, PA for 25 years prior to moving to Florida in 2017/ He resides in Bradenton, FL with his family which includes two dogs and a horse who moved with them from Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time at the barn with his daughter and is an avid "do it yourselfer" tacking many home projects. 

Lynn Escolano, Office Manager

Lynn moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1995. Her passions include spending time with family, cooking and reading. She also holds a degree in Healthcare Administration graduation in 2008. She has worked as a  Revenue Cycle Specialist and Credentialing Specialist for the last 11 years
